GETTING 
STARTED!

We will begin by scheduling your initial consultation which  consists of completion of forms  covering several important topics: ranging from your current health and wellness status, to your fitness goals and aspirations. You will also complete a physical fitness assessment and cardio test, as well as gauge your starting measurements. This assessment  serves the purpose of allowing us to work together to create a plan specifically to suit your abilities, interests, and needs; as well as acknowledge and celebrate your achievements as we move forward.

NUTRITION 
GUIDANCE!

 Weight loss and fitness goals should be approached with knowledge of the profound impact your lifestyle and eating habits have on your overall health.

Proper nutrition provides energy that allows for efficient activity levels, leading to sufficient  and effective workouts.; and ultimately
results


Professional guidance regarding caloric intake, adequate hydration, meal preparation and planning, the impacts that certain foods, vitamins, and nutrients can have on achieving your goals both negatively and positively, and much more, will be integrated into your training sessions with me.

Like most things, fitness is not one-size-fits-all, and your routine should not be either. Developing a personalized routine that consists of a combination of aerobic exercise, weightlifting, active recovery and rest, and balanced nutrition; as well as a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding, is an ideal approach to achieving your fitness goals.

 

We will work together to address all aspects of your lifestyle to ensure that your routine not only fits you, but  empowers you to do and be your best.
